How We Help

More Than a Phone Number

✅ What We Can Help With Right Now

  • Emergency accommodation options
  • Food, clothing or hygiene support
  • Identification documents
  • Benefits assistance
  • Medical or mental-health support
  • Addiction treatment referrals
  • Domestic-abuse support
  • Getting a phone, email address or postal address
  • Help dealing with the council

🤝 What This Actually Looks Like

We do not simply hand people a list of organisations. We help you understand your options, make contact, complete the necessary steps, and keep moving forward — including:

  • Contacting the correct council homelessness team with you
  • Completing housing and homelessness applications
  • Gathering identification and supporting evidence
  • Helping you prepare for or attend appointments
  • Explaining letters and decisions in plain language
  • Connecting you with shelters and supported accommodation
  • Challenging it if you're being passed between services
  • Keeping track of your referrals and following up

That's supported navigation and advocacy — not just a signpost.

What We Don't Do

RemoteAbility does not provide emergency accommodation or clinical rehabilitation directly. We help people access the right services, complete referrals and applications, overcome barriers, and remain supported throughout their journey towards housing, recovery, work and independence.

Request Support

Tell us a little about your situation. There's no wrong way to fill this in — share what you're comfortable sharing, and we'll take it from there.
